We will process the order the very next business day after the order payment has been settled. Then the order is packed and shipped to you within 2-4 days.
Orders placed before 10am (mon-sat) will be processed on that day and if your order is placed after, the order will be processed the following business day. Eg, you have placed an order on Monday 9.59am, you will be receiving your order by or before Thursday. If after, then you would receive your order +1 business day. The exception would be festive seasons or peak periods where we appreciate you placing your order early to avoid delays.

We do take great care in preparing your items so they get to you safely. But, in the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact our Customer Service Team. 

Items must be returned with their original packaging and undamaged to qualify for return. If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or credit voucher will be issued to you.

If items fall under these categories they will be exempt from the return policy: Promotional/Clearing sale items, Shipping fees, Voucher/Discount codes, Gift cards and E-vouchers.

If you change your mind on an order, we will make every effort to honor your cancellation request. In the instance that an item is out of stock, we will contact you via your email on file and cancel that item from your order.
